Job description categories include: servicing members and generating guests. This position is paid by hourly rate, referral bonus and Curves supplement bonus. Once guest servicing and generation is understood, this employee will begin training for membership sales. At this point, commission on sales and CD bonuses will be added.

PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS:  Energetic, self-motivated, outgoing personality and love to work with people.

EXPERIENCE:  Experience or education in PE, Nutrition, Health or Business preferred but not required.

We require a minimum of 3 shifts per week.  We are currently hiring for afternoons/evenings (2-8pm) and Saturdays (7:15 - 1pm).  All employees must be able to work Saturdays and we aim to do every other Saturday for each staff.

Training includes: muscles groups, equipment, circuit coaching, diet and nutrition, supplements, and membership sales.
